Hewson & Van Hellemont, P.C., a Metro Detroit leading insurance defense law firm, established over 25 years ago, announces the firm’s expansion with the addition of eight (8) attorneys from the firm of Raftery, Janeczek & Hoelscher, P.C. Hewson & Van Hellemont, P.C. has been instrumental in establishing the application of no-fault insurance to claims while setting a high standard of unique dedication to clients.
Established in 1991 with four attorneys, the law firm currently has three offices with more than 65 attorneys. Hewson & Van Hellemont, P.C. offers client support in Michigan and Florida. Three individuals: Mr. Gregory Hoelscher, Ms. Lisa Janeczek and Mr. Louis Stefanic will join Hewson & Van Hellemont, P.C. as Partners bringing their expertise to support the firm’s commitment to clients and guiding principles to pay valid claims promptly and to aggressively defend fraudulent, inflated or contrived claims. Joining as Shareholders are: Mr. Ross Brunetti, Ms. Mary Doll, Mr. Joshua Haller, Mr. Casey Krause and Mr. Timothy M. O’Connor. The expansion provides a solid base as Hewson & Van Hellemont, P.C. continues to expand its areas of practice into a broader range of services to support clients while maintaining the core mission to provide the highest quality of defense to maximize clients’ litigation potential.
