William Trudgeon

William Trudgeon graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics in 2005 and went on to obtain his Juris Doctorate from Western Michigan University – Cooley Law School in 2011. While attending Cooley, William worked with the Family Law Assistance Project and Estate Planning Clinic.

Prior to joining Hewson & Van Hellemont, P.C., Mr. Trudgeon worked as an associate attorney at a personal injury law firm where he gained experience litigating no-fault matters and negligence claims. William also has extensive experience litigating real estate, fair housing, bankruptcy and civil rights matters on behalf of commercial property owners in State and Federal Courts in Michigan.

Mr. Trudgeon is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and State Bar of Ohio and is licensed to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan.
