Eric Ketelhut

Eric Ketelhut graduated from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law in 2011. While in law school, he served as an associate board member for the school’s Moot Court Board of Advocates and participated in three national competitions. He also served as a Title Editor for the school’s Law Review.

Following graduation from law school, Mr. Ketelhut worked as an associate attorney for a well-respected civil defense firm. As an associate, he represented clients, primarily on the defense side, in a variety of legal matters including first and third-party no-fault cases, employment discrimination suits, general negligence claims, breach of contract disputes, and other civil litigation. He subsequently went on to become house counsel for a major insurance company where he handled first- and third-party no-fault litigation.

Mr. Ketelhut is admitted to practice in the State of Michigan and the United States District Court, Eastern District of Michigan.
