Edward F. Kardelis

Edward F. Kardelis graduated from Michigan State University in 2001 with a B.A. in Criminal Justice. He then attended The John Marshall Law School in Chicago, Illinois and received his Juris Doctorate in June 2004.

Mr. Kardelis was admitted to the State Bar of Illinois in 2004 and the State Bar of Michigan in 2013. Edward joined Hewson & Van Hellemont, P.C. in 2013. Prior to joining HVH, he was an associate attorney at a Chicago insurance defense firm. He also has previous experience with plaintiff personal injury law.

Edward has taken multiple automobile personal injury cases to jury verdict, arguing on behalf of both insurance companies and plaintiffs.

In 2011, Mr. Kardelis was recognized by his peers by being selected as a “Rising Star” in Super Lawyers Magazine.

Edward continues to specialize his practice in the area of personal injury law. His practice focuses in the areas of insurance fraud defense, first party civil cases, uninsured motorist and third party civil cases.
