DaVonne E. Darby graduated from Clark Atlanta University with a Bachelor of Arts in Radio/TV/Film. She earned her Juris Doctorate at Wayne State University Law School, where she participated on the Moot Court team. After completing undergrad, DaVonne worked as a Communications Coordinator for the United States House of Representatives. DaVonne previously worked with the Rainbow PUSH Coalition and the Detroit local affiliate to build its brand around the state and nation regarding public policy issues. She is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and admitted to practice in the United States District Court Eastern District of Michigan.
In addition to working in federal government, Ms. Darby has worked in state and local government as a policy advisor and assistant director. She has successfully handled family law, criminal, probate/estate planning, and intellectual property cases. No matter the case, it is always Ms. Darby’s goal to make a difference for clients and be a zealous advocate for those in the most need.
