Amy Comito

Amy Comito earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Michigan State University in 1990 and received her Juris Doctor from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law in 1993.

At HVH, Amy focuses her practice on insurance defense. In her ten years of practice prior to joining HVH, she represented small and medium-sized corporations and partnerships dealing with commercial contracts and construction projects. Ms. Comito performed work in the areas of construction and lien law, real estate litigation, insurance coverage litigation, commercial contract litigation, employment law, and management-side labor law. She represented corporate clients in the Department of Labor/OSHA matters, Department of Labor/EEOC matters, and matters before the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB).
