Troy Clarke

Troy Clarke graduated from The University of Houston Honors College in 1998 with a B.S. in Chemistry. He then graduated cum laude from Thomas M. Cooley Law School and received his Juris Doctorate in May 2005. Mr. Clarke was admitted to the State Bar of Michigan in 2005.

Troy specializes in first-party no-fault defense. Prior to joining Hewson & Van Hellemont. P.C. in 2026, he worked in-house for a Fortune 500 insurance company and has also litigated medical malpractice, insurance coverage, and first- and third-party automobile cases as defense counsel.

Troy is a thoughtful and proactive litigator with a detail-oriented approach to case handling and communication with clients.
