Alana C. Boffa

Alana C. Boffa received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Guelph in 2015. Ms. Boffa then attended the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law where she was a Dean’s Scholarship Recipient and member of the Justice Frank Murphy Honor Society. She graduated magna cum laude with her Juris Doctorate in 2019.

Prior to joining Hewson & Van Hellemont, Ms. Boffa served as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Victoria A. Roberts of the Federal District for the Eastern District of Michigan. She also worked in the private sector, concentrating her practice on family law and gaining extensive experience in alternative dispute resolution with a focus on high asset complex litigation.

Ms. Boffa was admitted to the State Bar of Michigan in 2019. She is a member of the Wayne County Bar Association, Oakland County Bar Association, and the Women Lawyers Association of Michigan. Her area of practice focuses on insurance defense for automobile no-fault insurance matters.
